Kamal has over 25 years of wide-ranging experience of the Financial Services across MNC/ Private sector banks and an NBFC. He has established and led various SME and Retail Finance businesses for over 20 years where he has honed his credit skills apart from gaining crucial experience of workings of small/medium enterprises throughout the country and industries. Combined with his Trade finance skills (grounding experience with ANZ), He has been able to expand the product suite offered to his existing customers and extend credit to prospects who would, normally, find it difficult to borrow from foreign / private sector banks with stringent credit norms. Structuring helped to ensure that the risk-based portfolio returns were always maximised.
He has established new businesses with innovative solutions and scaled up others which span across Loan Against Property (LAP), unsecured Business Loans (BL), Channel Finance, Warehouse Finance, Gold Loans, Agriculture loans (KCC), Loan Against Card Receivables (LACR), Healthcare Finance (HCF) and Vehicle Finance. He has worked on digital solutions and partnerships to take businesses to the next level of growth.
He has also gained hands on experience in recruiting, building, managing, and motivating teams for new businesses with stretch targets requiring varied skills for which there is a shortage in the market. He has built long term teams with every member tested on his / her hard work, sincerity, and integrity. All this apart from liaison with legal, compliance, partners, vendors, RBI, investors etc. has helped me grow as a well-rounded leader.

Arvind Kumar Jain

Mr. Arvind Kumar Jain, is an Independent Director of FairConnect Financial Services Private Limited.
Mr. Jain has an extensive background in the Financial Services sector, with a career spanning over 39 years.
He served as an Executive Director at Punjab & Sind Bank until January 2017 and held positions upto Chief General Manager at erstwhile Oriental Bank of Commerce. His expertise lies in various domains within banking, including Treasury Management, Corporate Credit, International & Merchant Banking, Equity & Debt Capital Raising, Compliances, and Risk Management.
Currently, Mr. Jain serves as a Director on the Board of several financial entities, including Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Asset Management Trustee companies, Venture Capital fund companies, Financial Institutions, and Investment Services companies. Moreover, he has served on the boards of Asset Management Company, Insurance Company, and NBFC as an Independent Director for a period of five years.
In terms of education, he holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree, M.Sc. degree, LLB degree, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He is also empaneled with the Independent Directors Databank (IICA Certified) besides Directors Certification Master Class by IICA.
Vibha Batra

Vibha Batra has close to 19 year of work experience including 16 years of Credit Analysis, Rating Analytics, Risk Management, Investor Interaction, Team management, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at ICRA.
Till July 2016, Vibha was part of Leadership team at ICRA (a subsidiary of Moody’s Investors Service), a Leading Credit Rating Agency in India.
Vibha also led the process for accreditation of ICRA by the Reserve bank of India for ‘New Capital Adequacy Framework’ under Basel II’.
Vibha has credit rated over 1500 investment grade companies through various credit cycles as part of Financial Sector Head and as a Rating Committee member. She also led the credit rating transition and default studies at ICRA.
She also led the process for accreditation of ICRA by the Reserve bank of India for ‘New Capital Adequacy Framework’ under Basel II’. Vibha has done her B Tech from NDRI, Karnal and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore
